Shipping Information

Shipping is through UPS.com, tracking numbers will be emailed once the order is shipped. Shipping only in US. For questions about the shipping status of your order, please contact customer service: info@skinbeautyproduct.com.

Returns:

We are happy to make returns as easy as possible. All returns should be called in to customer service 1-760-943-SKIN (7546) to review the return. Please have your order number ready when calling.

Returnable items must be within 30 days of purchase, include all parts, and be in resalable condition. Shipping will be refunded only if SBP has sent you the incorrect item or the item has been damaged.

We work as hard as we can to get you the correct and most helpful information. If you have any more questions regarding a product or service please contact us here. However, SBP is not error-free. If a product does not suite its described use, return the product. See our return policy above.

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will ship it within 14 business days and your account will not be charged until the order is shipped.

You are responsible for computer access restrictions and all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to order, or have adult involvement. A parent or guardian is acceptable. SBP reserves the right to deny, terminate, or edit orders.
